The Hybrid transformable piece from the "Surrogate" collection by DZHUS is an architectonic crushed cotton transformer coat with a finest woollen crepe detail and cotton gauze lining. The 2-layered modular hood offers diverse variations of a hat, a kerchief and a yoke. When folded and fastened with metal press studs, the coat turns into an oversized hat or a 2-section shopper bag. The ribbed knit cuffs, gathered with a string, serve as a beanie, a turtleneck collar, or a sleeve. The angular shape is achieved using a fabric-covered wooden inset, which is easily removable for a softer fit or cleaning purposes.

DZHUS is part of the slow fashion movement. Every piece is handcrafted to order in their studio in Kiev, Ukraine or Krakow, Poland. Given the ongoing disruption by the invasion of Ukraine and high volumes of orders, please allow up to 60 days to craft before delivery to allow for any potential disruption.
